IT Team Leader (Python, ReactJS, AI)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role requires a full-stack expert with a deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI platform integration, and end-toend software service deployment. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, overseeing system design, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Proficiency in both back-end (Python) and front-end (React.js or equivalent) technologies is essential for this role.

• Lead the technical design and architecture of complex, scalable software solutions.

• Oversee full-stack development, integrating both front-end and back-end components using technologies such as Python and React.js for seamless functionality.

• Integrate various AI platform APIs, utilizing machine learning and AI tools to enhance product capabilities.

• Manage end-to-end software development processes, from concept and planning deployment and maintenance.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to the engineering team, fostering growth and collaboration.

• Ensure solutions are built on robust cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), optimizing for scalability, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

• Maintain documentation and enforce coding standards, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and maintain high quality.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in full-stack development and cloud architecture.

• Strong expertise in system design, API integration, and full-stack technologies, including front-end (React.js or equivalent) and backend (Python) development.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; cloud Solution Architect certification is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in integrating AI and machine learning APIs and working with cloud-based AI services.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to overcoming technical challenges.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop engineering talent.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cloud Solution Architect certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).

• Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools.

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Development Manager/Relationship Manager specializing in third- party broker network engagement, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the companies lending portfolio in the NSW/VIC broker market. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with financial advisors, and other intermediaries to drive loan origination. Your focus will be on building a strong referal network and ensuring that our lending solutions are effectively presented and promoted to potential borrowers through these channels. As a well experienced BDM, you should already have an affluent aggregator and broker network in NSW and be able to leverage off this network to bring to market the niche lending product offerings of the client.
